I left my previous company because I felt stagnant, performing the same tasks repeatedly. Seeking growth, I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined Gruntechnology as a freelance CAD Operator for controller design. After a few months, I was offered a probationary position as project support.

At Gruntechnology, I faced diverse and unique projects that provided the challenges and new learnings I sought. This experience significantly contributed to my personal and professional development, transforming me from an introvert into someone who seeks excellence. With strong support from my supervisors and colleagues, I progressed from Project Support in 2017 to Project Engineer in 2020, Automation Specialist in 2022, and Office Technical Head in 2024.

Despite a hectic schedule, the #Gruntechlife spirit fostered a family-like atmosphere, creating joy and camaraderie. The company enabled me to achieve my goal of traveling abroad, visiting places like Hong Kong and Macau, and enjoying family-inclusive events like summer outings and Christmas parties. I hope to continue building experiences and contributing to the company’s legacy.

Starting on April 1, 2022, I began my journey as an OJT to complete my school requirements, with a three-month contract to fulfill my training hours. Initially unsure of how my internship would unfold, I was swiftly deployed by my manager to a site in Iba, Zambales, where I worked as a helper for several weeks.

Despite my limited and inexperienced knowledge in the field, my manager, who later became my mentor, continually pushed me to my limits. He taught me about project costing, involved me in decision-making processes, and imparted his technical skills.

My eagerness to learn new things was fueled by visiting various sites, and the excitement of traveling across the Philippines. Today, as a Project Engineer in the Healthcare Industry, I feel incredibly blessed and eternally grateful to Gruntechnology Corp. for providing me the opportunity to discover my passion while exploring the Philippines. To my manager and mentor, whom I deeply respect and admire, thank you.

I’d like to share my experiences in our company, starting as an OJT and eventually becoming a probationary full-time employee. Initially, I was very excited because I knew I was about to begin my journey as a technician in the industrial world. At Gruntech, I experienced a gradual learning process, and what I appreciated most was the willingness of my colleagues to share their technical knowledge generously.

I was initially afraid as the tasks became increasingly challenging, but my mistake was focusing solely on the difficulties. I didn’t see the benefits I was gaining. Later on, I realized that I was acquiring a wealth of knowledge about the company’s products. Moreover, I experienced the camaraderie and family-like environment among coworkers at Gruntech. It was here that I found colleagues who genuinely cared about my personal well-being.

This supportive atmosphere made working much more enjoyable and comfortable. I also witnessed how much the company values its employees, offering summer outings that include families, shared meals, and engaging conversations. The best part of my experience here has been my personal growth and the expansion of my knowledge, not only in my job but also in life, especially in decision-making.

My best experience as a Gruntech employee has been developing resourcefulness, both in my work and personal life. They made me feel trusted and capable of doing my job well. In return, I approach my work with honesty and make decisions with a positive attitude. At Gruntech, a sense of brotherhood flows through everyone. We carry the Gruntech culture to overcome life’s challenges and achieve daily victories. That’s why when you say “Gruntech Life,” it means a great life.

Since my journey began at Gruntechnology on January 13, 2023, I’ve discovered that it’s more than just a place of work—it’s a genuine family. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt a sense of belonging that I had never experienced before. Each day brings with it a deep gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to such a remarkable organization. What sets Gruntechnology apart is the unwavering support and guidance provided by our boss and manager. Their leadership has not only made my professional endeavors more manageable but has also facilitated my growth in ways I never imagined.

Moreover, the benefits and experiences offered here are truly unmatched. I’ve worked for other companies in the past, but none compare to the opportunities provided by Gruntechnology. As a Gruntechian, I’ve had the privilege of exploring new places like Cebu, attending various events such as exhibitions, and connecting with a diverse range of people. These experiences have enriched my life both personally and professionally.
